  Keith highlighted some urgent items that needed rectifying immediately and explained how we should deal with these in the short term to ensure we didn't make the problem any worse. These were also clearly marked on the report to ensure focus was put on those as soon as possible.
  The report that was issued was detailed with clear photos of the items that needed rectifying, it then became a fundamental document throughout the snagging process as both the developer and I could see what was done and what was outstanding.
  We are now a few weeks on since Keith came and the vast majority of the snags have been addressed and sorted, this definitely wouldn't have been the case if we did this on our own. It was also noted by one of the subcontractors who came to sort one of the snags how detailed and thorough the report was (as they were given it to sort their allocated items), which given that they are using these on a daily basis shows what a great job is done by Keith.
